All hotel rooms and packages are commissionable to IATA Travel Agents. Simply search for a room or package on the same booking engine used by the consumer. Then on the booking form check the Travel Agent Box and complete your agency information.
Your commission will be paid directly by the hotel and your customer pays the same price as they would if purchased directly.
